at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, Cambridge University, the Nestlé Leadership Programme at the London Business School, and the Advocacy in International Affairs and Global Health Diplomacy Executive Course at The Graduate Institute, Geneva, Switzerland.

Dato’ Tengku Marina Binti Tunku Annuar is the Director of MISC Berhad and Westports Holdings Berhad.

Passionate about sustainable management and development, she is a strong advocate for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She currently serves as a Council Member of Climate Governance Malaysia (CGM), and a Founding Member of the Circular Economy Club (CEC) Kuala Lumpur, demonstrating her commitment to driving impactful environmental and social change.

Age 64, Tan Sri Dr. Nik Norzrul Thani holds Ph.D in Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London and a Masters in Law from Queen Mary College, University of London. He read law at the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom. He is a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn and an Advocate
and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice (with Distinction) from the International Islamic University, Malaysia and is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (United Kingdom).
He is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and has also been admitted as a Practising Member of the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF).
He was a Visiting Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School in 1996/1997 and Chevening Visiting Fellow at the Oxford Centre of Islamic Studies, Oxford University (2004/2005). He is also a registered Notary Public.

Tan Sri Dr. Nik Norzrul Thani is the Executive Chairman of Zaid Ibrahim & Co., one of Malaysia’s largest law firms. Prior to joining Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co., he was practising with the international law firm, Messrs Baker & McKenzie.

Tan Sri Dr Nik Norzrul Thani is currently also the Chairman of Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad, IHH Healthcare Berhad,
SD Guthrie Berhad (formerly known as Sime Darby Plantation Berhad) and T7 Global Berhad,
as well as a director of several public companies including Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad and Cagamas Holdings Berhad.

Age 64, Datuk Choong Kai Wai holds a BSc (Hons), Mechanical Engineering from The City University London, United Kingdom.

Datuk Choong Kai Wai was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of S P Setia Berhad (Founder) on 1 October 2021. He has more than 30 years of experience in the property sector, working with other developers as well as running his own business.

He was instrumental in setting up S P Setia Berhad’s Australian business that grew over the years and cementing the Company’s presence as a formidable property developer in Australia. He is also the Chairman of Perumahan Kinrara Berhad.

He does not have any family relationship with any other Directors and/or major shareholders of S P Setia Berhad (Founder). He does not have any conflict of interest with the Trust. He has not been convicted of any offences over the past five years and there was no public sanction or penalty imposed on him by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.

Dr. Azura Mansor, 51, is an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon in the field of Orthopaedic Oncology. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Masters in Orthopaedic Surgery (MS Orth) from the University of Malaya. She has further credentials in the field, including certification as a Medical Assessor (CMIA) from NIOSH and specialized subspecialty training in orthopaedic oncology at the renowned Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute in Bologna, Italy.

Additionally, Dr. Azura holds a Diploma in Tissue Banking with distinction from the National University of Singapore, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in field of Human Bone and Tissue Banking. She is a fellow member of both the Orthopaedic Oncology Rizzoli in Bologna, Italy, and the Clinical & Research department of the National University of Singapore.

Currently, she serves as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Malaya, where she also holds the position of Deputy Director of Clinical Services (Surgical and Critical Care) and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her leadership extends to her role as the Director of the Human Bone Bank at UMMC, highlighting her expertise in tissue banking, on top of the administrative and management duty of University Malaya Medical Centre, the oldest and biggest university hospital in Malaysia.

Her research interest includes the field of clinical Orthopaedic Oncology, human bone & tissue banking, and tissue engineering.
The teams actively published clinical and basic science research papers in both local and international journals.

Age 37, Micheal Teoh holds a Bachelor Degree – Marketing & International Business Auckland University of Technology (AUT), New Zealand. He otained his tertiary education from New Zealand, aside from that he also attended special educational courses from Harvard University, Stanford University and INSEAD. Michael Teoh was an Honorary Inductee into the Golden Key Society, U.S.A , and an Associate Fellow with the Royal Commonwealth Society, U.K.

Micheal Teoh is currently the Founding CEO & Head of Learning Faculty of Thriving Talents Sdn Bhd. Prior to his career as a global speaker, advisor and entrepreneur, Michael Teoh has worked as a Management Consultant, Outreach Strategy Director and a Brand Consultant.

Michael Teoh has spearheaded volunteering projects in 22 countries and mentored young leaders in 41 countries. He was honored as Malaysia’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 (Companies Valued Up to RM 25 Mil) by The Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA) and recognised twice as a National Youth Icon by the Prime Minister (2013 & 2017).

Michael was also awarded as the Best Management Training Provider by the Human Resources Vendor of the Year 2024 and the Best Employer in Malaysia in 2024 for Companies Below RM25 Million by The Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA).

Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus brings extensive leadership and financial expertise to the Setia Foundation’s Management Committee. As the Senior Executive Vice President of S P Setia, she oversees key projects in the Central Region, including Wilayah Persekutuan/Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, and Semenyih/Bangi.

Her career includes serving as Group Managing Director of I&P Group and as an Executive Vice President at S P Setia, where she played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

Datuk Yuslina is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from Institut Teknologi MARA, along with an Executive Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA. Her strategic insight and financial acumen continue to strengthen the Foundation’s commitment to fostering sustainable impact.
